We ship all orders directly from our location in Australia using Australia Post. Every parcel is fully tracked so you can follow its journey.

We offer flat-rate shipping to make checkout simple. Delivery timeframes apply after your order has been dispatched.

⏱️ Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and QLD public holidays).
- During busy peak seasons or major sales, please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed, you will receive an automated email or SMS containing your Australia Post tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update on the Australia Post website.
- You can track your parcel live via the AusPost app or website.

- Delivery Delays: While Australia Post is generally very reliable, delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not strictly guaranteed.
- Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-delivery fee will apply.
